As president and CEO of ORIS Intelligence, Springer is focused on the strategic growth of the company in support of its mission to help manufacturers protect their brands online. Pam is a veteran executive with more than 20 years of experience growing tech-based companies – including re-starts and IPOs. She has been recognized as one of the “13 Powerful Women Running Today’s Biggest Startups” by Business Insider and built Manta Media into one of the largest, most trafficked websites in the U.S.
Pam earned a business degree from Franklin University, graduating summa cum laude, where she now serves on the Board of Trustees. She also played on the Oakland University basketball team the year they made it to the NCAA Division II Final Four. When she’s not working, Pam is an avid sports fan, outdoor enthusiast, and piano player, and recently summited Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Justin leads the product team that is responsible for the features and design of the company’s platform to ensure it continues to help manufacturers easily and effectively enforce their price policies. Justin has over 20 years of experience in eCommerce, and has spent most of his career educating manufacturers about effective strategies for conducting business online. Throughout his career, Justin has been intimately involved with understanding and supporting minimum advertised price policies and helped build ORIS Intelligence from the ground-up.
Justin graduated summa cum laude from Quincy University with a double major in computer science and broadcast communication. When he’s not working, Justin is spending time with his wife and 4 kids and is involved with his community. As a Columbus resident, he’s also an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
As the Chief Technology Officer at ORIS, Bryce leads the development team focused on innovating the company’s platform.
Prior to ORIS, Bryce led the pharmacy development team at CoverMyMeds, a leader in electronic prior authorization solutions that was acquired by McKesson Corporation for over $1B. He also served as a team leader at Highlights and Zaner-Bloser, where he focused on both consumer-facing (e-commerce & interactive games) and K-8 educational web products.
He earned a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University. When he’s not working, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He’s an avid CrossFitter, a huge music fan, and an extremely average gardener.
As the Chief Revenue Officer at ORIS, Eric leads the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, focusing on the strategic growth of the company and helping clients achieve their goals. Eric has over 10 years of experience growing SAAS companies, as well as extensive experience using data and analytics to drive solutions and disrupt the status quo. Prior to working at ORIS, Eric led the sales, client solutions and partnership efforts of ExamSoft, a leader in education and assessment technology.
He earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!). When he’s not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. He’s an avid sports fan, has spent many years coaching and is a newly converted musical theatre addict.
George is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of corporate accounting and management experience. As the Chief Financial Officer at Oris, he leads the Company’s financial strategy, business & operational support, and financial analysis & reporting. Before joining the Company, George was the CFO for Pinnacle Data Systems, Pathlore Software Corporation, and Manta Media, Inc.
George graduated from Capital University as an Academic All-American in football. When he is not working, George enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf and volunteering for Healthy New Albany. George currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board and Athletic Committee for Capital University.
