In 2012, Pamela Springer, a veteran executive with more than 20 years of experience growing tech-based companies – including re-starts and IPOs – was voted one of “13 Powerful Women Running Today’s Biggest Startups” by Business Insider. Springer built Manta Media into one of the largest, most trafficked websites in the US, landing it within Business Insider’s “The Digital 100: World’s Most Valuable Private Tech Companies” 3 years in a row. She received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Technology for the Central Region in 2011, and in 2013 she was a recipient of the Red Herring Top 100 Award.
Springer is an entrepreneurial executive who loves working with innovative, growth-stage businesses. She has raised more than $52M in venture capital and private equity, is passionate about building best-in-class teams, and is Franklin Covey-certified in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
She has a business degree from Franklin University, graduating summa cum laude, where she now serves on the Board of Trustees. An avid sports fan, outdoor enthusiast, and piano player, Springer played on the Oakland University basketball team the year they made it to the NCAA Division II Final Four and most recently successfully summited Mt. Kilimanjaro.
